Seller delivers goods on board the vessel. Risk passes when goods are on board at port of shipment.
Seller pays freight to destination, but risk transfers when goods are on board at origin port.
Like CFR but seller also provides minimum marine insurance. Risk still transfers at origin port.
Seller pays carriage to destination, but risk transfers when goods are handed to the first carrier.
Like CPT but seller provides all-risk insurance. Risk still transfers at first carrier handover.
Seller delivers goods ready for unloading at the named destination. Buyer handles import clearance.
Seller delivers and unloads goods at destination. Only incoterm requiring seller to unload.
Maximum seller obligation. Seller bears all costs and risks including import duties and taxes.
