ASR WorldWide Express provides freight forwarding, logistics coordination, and related services including ocean freight, air freight, trucking, customs clearance coordination, and warehousing. Our services are subject to applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of any separate service agreement or quote accepted by both parties.

ASR WorldWide Express coordinates customs clearance through trusted licensed customs broker partners. ASR WorldWide Express does not hold its own customs broker license.

3. Website Use

Our website provides informational content, logistics tools (calculators, converters, guides), shipment tracking, and the ability to request freight quotes. The tools and calculators are provided for estimation purposes only and do not constitute binding quotes or guarantees.

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

4. Client Portal

Access to the Client Portal is restricted to authorized users of ASR WorldWide Express client accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email address used for authentication and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to share portal access credentials, access shipment data belonging to other clients, or use the portal for any purpose other than managing your legitimate shipments and logistics activities.

5. Shipment Tracking

Shipment tracking information is provided as a convenience and is based on the latest available data. While we strive for accuracy, tracking information may be delayed or incomplete. ASR WorldWide Express does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of tracking data.

Proof of Delivery (POD) downloads on the public tracking page require verification of the delivery ZIP code for security purposes.

6. Quotes & Pricing

Freight quotes provided through our website or portal are estimates based on the information provided at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary based on actual cargo dimensions, weight, carrier surcharges, customs duties, and other factors.

Quotes are valid for the period specified in the quote document. All quotes are subject to carrier availability and space allocation at the time of booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

ASR WorldWide Express acts as a freight forwarder and logistics coordinator. Our liability for loss, damage, or delay to cargo is governed by the applicable terms of the bill of lading, airway bill, or other contract of carriage, and is limited to the extent permitted by applicable international conventions and US law.

ASR WorldWide Express is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, portal, or services.

The tools, calculators, and educational content on our website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations or the completeness of informational content.

8. Intellectual Property
